Ourthe land. Ki, my occasionally transcendent dog, and I set off to develop a relationship with human life. I wanted to experience, to touch, to breathe deeply the American landscape. I wanted to experience people just living their daily lives. Ki and I drove into 22 states, 11,000 miles. Day 1, from Boston we drove into Pennsylvania. By sunset, we were standing in 102-degree F heat among the thousands of lingering spirits on the Gettysburg Battlefields. We spent time in Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, the Carolinas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas. We sat out all night in a clearing pounding drums in the dark in Cherokee, NC, birthplace of my mother and our Cherokee heritage. We stood on the porch at Appomattox Courthouse with the spirit of Robert E. Lee. We soared above the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains on the Blue Ridge Highway. We stopped and made friends in Appalachia with coal miners and their families. We took time to visit Bill Monroe, Hank Williams and Tammy Wynette at the County Music Hall of Fame. We walked out into the dust and heat of the Texas Panhandle listening for and hearing the songs and voices of Native American spirits. Ki and drove into Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Utah. We stood in the paths of extreme weather along Tornado Alley. We got wonderfully lost walking way off the roads in Monument Valley and the Nevada desert. We went into total shock first glimpsing the air and what was sitting in it beyond the edge of the Southern Rim of the Grand Canyon. We met a five-year-old Bluegrass Goddess named Adrianna Pickle in a Waffle House in Kentucky. Humming church hymns, waiting for her mother to get off work, she climbed up on the counter stool beside me. "Lordy", she exclaimed. With her fingetip, she colored over the tattoo of Phoenix Rising on my whole right forearm. "This amazin' thang could just flah flah away." Knowing all along I was not just adventuring but finding a new place to live, a new place to set my soul free, a new place in which to find my real purpose, eventually, we drove to Mount Shasta, California. I had not been here since 1998. Back then, the mountain took me in its transcendent grasp and never really let me go. I feel like I was passed overhead from person to person, landscape to landscape, spirit to spirit across the country. Here I am. And the wonderful thing is almost everyone I know in Mount Shasta arrived here with similar stories, similar journeys, similar callings. It did not take long, although I resisted for a while, for the Mountain and the Lemurian world to take me in hand. I resisted because the thought 'going Lemurian' felt too New Agey and too spiritually obsessive to me. And I was not ready to move away from my very successful practice, Quantum Revisioning. Then, my resistance waned and reality became crystal clear. My interdimensional, highly evolved self is Lemurian. Asked by Adama, the High Priest of Lemuria, in none too subtle but magnificent energetic manifestations to create this new work, Becoming the very first teacher of Lemurian Energy Mastery - that is why I am here. As I look back on the last twenty years of my spiritual and professional life, I have been training for this. Although I did not know my life's work would shape this way, I was called back home. I am ready to comfortably take on the significant challenge of bringing forth something important to humanity, Something that has never been done before (in this phase of Humanity's history).
